How many friends can I bring?
We allow a max of 6 passengers per boat (so you plus 5 friends).
Are food and drinks allowed on board?
Yes, passengers may bring food, beverages, and alcohol. Coolers and ice (1 bag) are provided on board, at no additional cost to you. We can provide a grill for an additional charge of $25. For those who wish to come hands free, don't worry, the captain will be able to stop at many of the waterfront restaurants or bars (within Biscayne Bay) for you to dine in or carry out.
Is music provided on board?
Yes, boat is equipped with Bluetooth speakers and your choice of music.
Where does the boat take us?
We offer a variety of touring excursions for passengers to choose from: celebrity mansion tour of Star Island, cruise around beautiful Biscayne Bay, venture out into the exhilarating South Beach, tour the scenic Miami River, or visit and relax at the local sandbars (Haulover Sandbar, Monument Island, Picnic Island). Each rental is special and catered to your liking.
How old do I have to be to rent a boat and/or jet ski?
Renters must be 18 years or older to rent a personal watercraft and 21 years or older to rent a boat. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times. All parties are required to complete a PWC renter orientation checklist, followed by a routine safety briefing. Jet ski renters born on or after January 1, 1988, must complete a temporary boater safety course, which can be administered on site for an additional $3.
Are children allowed on board?
Yes, children of all ages are welcomed aboard but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
What time should I arrive for my rental?
Passengers should arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled reservation time to ensure an on-time departure. Please note, that the time will start at the scheduled time reserved. In the event that passengers are late, no additional time will be allotted.
Is there a security deposit required?
No, since all of our rentals are with captain only.
Are there any additional fees associated with the rental?
No, all rates include gas, taxes, and fees, however, captain’s gratuity is not included (generally 15%).
What happens in the event of bad weather?
In the event of inclement weather (constant rain or thunderstorms lasting longer than 30mins), renter may either reschedule their rental or request a full-refund for time unused.
What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?
In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be provided if canceled 5 days prior to rental. If canceled within the 5-day period, no refund will be provided.
